Thera-Band Progressive Resistance System was designed with color-coded levels increasing in difficulty.

Resistance levels are determined by the different thickness of the bands.

Yellow being the least resistance, Black being the most.  Colors: Yellow, Red, Green, Blue, Black.  Size: 6 Feet

Thera-Bands come individually packaged. One 6' Thera-Band per package.

Your Chiropractor will determine which band is best for you.
